I recently filed an online complaint to MPPP regarding the condition of Palmyra's playground:
Taman permainan di kawasan perumahan baru ini seakan tidak diurus dan dijaga. Banyak alat permainan yang rosak dan berkarat. Rumput juga panjang. Saya juga ingin member cadangan untuk meletakkan notis bahawan hanya kanak-kanak di bawah x umur boleh menggunakan peralatan permainan di situ.

By the way, we had to spent around 2k installing aircond in the living room, master bedroom and the 2 bedroom. It turned out that the workmanship of Belleview on the air-con copper pipes is bad, a lot of them are dented and we need to reinstall new ones.
We got the site supervisor to talk to the air-con guy on this:
Air-con guy: Why so many houses like that one?
Site sup: Our role as developer ends here.
Full stop.
Meanwhile, we are glad that our renovation is progressing well. Looks like we can move in soon. Bye to convenience of 5 mins drive to workplace, Hi to quality life with kids around.
so any responce from Belleview?? the wiring at kitchen is for doorbell but mine is not working, i bought a door bell alrdy & complain many times & finally the supervisor brought their wireman & check but he said it's dented n can't be use.... the workmanship for the wall surface's so poor...kind of disappointed of Belleview's workmanship compared to others..

ReplyDeleteAnonymous, the renovator is ok, however his main biz is wood stuff, so the rest is from his affliates - he acts as project lead, so maybe the price is a bit higher.
Hi, The second picture....the empty space in the middle...is that where the stove is going in?

Hi EH, my fridge is gonna be there. there will be a partition between wet & dry kitchen.
ReplyDeleteI saw my neighbour hacking the utility room wall, in that way they will have a bigger wet kitchen. Mine is pretty small now.
Yes, we made steps from master room to balcony. we remove 1 window and replaced it with a door. Drive around Palmyra and you'll see several houses doing that. The corner house beside the playground removed 2 windows & made 2 doors.
did you apply for the changes to replaced door and remove window? i plan to hack balcony wall for 2nd bedroom without application but i scare...

Hi WW, I didn't follow up with Belleview as I'm quite disappointed with their attention to detail. I did not send them a complaint, expecting MPPP to do that. My reno is almost completed, should be moving in some time next month. If you have moved in, do drop me an email, maybe we are neighbours :)?
