Tamper Marks

We observed some weird tamper marks on the windows in the living room. I certainly hope nobody's trying to be funny and break into the house. I don't think it was here when we did the house inspection. So everyone, be extra careful as well. Happy Chinese New Year!

One of the rivet was missing.

  1. Thanks for the update. Will check my home tomorrow... Hope no one tamper my house... I strongly suggest we build security stop point at our taman entrance.

The other taman residence love to come over to our taman to play at our play ground. I feel so worry to see the way they handle our playground equipments. I hope they don't break the equipments before the actual residence move in.

Dear Palmyra house owner, please move is ASAP... :)

  13. or you info, having malay, chinese or indian houses in the neighbourhood doesn't make the area more burglary prone...coz i know kampung folks will leave you alone if you leave them alone... if you have the time, just walk around the kampungs in the area, and you'll notice that they leave their shoes, stuff or even have an open kitchen outside their homes, and yet, nothing get stolen... this is what it means by staying in a rural area... being sociable and responsible towards the community.. most of them kampung folks living nearby are sort of related to each other... get to know them, so you'll know what's goes in the area...

  14. ya, i think high possibility is the Belleview sub-contractor's workers, i always see them wonder around the neighbourhood..... they knew which house got ppl n which house is empty... i too believe the kampong ppl stay peacefully there n we should respect each other..

  16. Hi

Pertaining to the water, I have no problem. Earlier I thou I have problem but after open the tap in the storeroom, the water run smoothly. Try this.

I agreed with m123, the Kampung PPL is very nice. This must be the act from the sub-contractor workers. They know the value of these stuff and where to sell it.

Last weekend, I saw the playground been destroy. Some of the equipment are broken. Feel so sad. I hope most of the residence will be in soon to build up protect measurement to our area.

  20. Hi!

There is not doubt security and the enviroment at Palmyra residence is good.. That's normal... if there is new housing area an not much residence in yet, outsider will come over. Only major move in... all the issue will stop...

In My prevoius taman, there is a group of men who took effect to do application for Taman Rukun Tetangga and guard stop. I'm not sure how they do and the process... Would be glad if we could do something like that. This act could secure our area for long term and maintenance our house value...

  21. ya, how should we meet up when we all move in there...? :)

  22. Hi all......to many outsiders especially in the evening.....most of them are malay kids or malay families hanging/playing/ damaging the play ground equipment there. Another issue is I believe many of you (already moved in) experience that there is one security with his terrible motorbike (damn noise) up and down throughout the day and night. We should set up a committee and highlight this issue to Sunny Ho?

  25. i see quite a few still doing reno, may be in a few more months time more wil be moving in. i think 15 units is too little to form committee??

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hi All

I think 15 units are good enough to form a committee... The senior resident know the location better. Anyway, maybe annually committee member might change. We have to start someway before the peacefulness for the taman change.

I would suggest we set a date and distribute memo around the house for this gathering. I voluntee myself to draft and print the memo.

I would suggest 7 April 2012, Saturday around 7:00pm. We can meet up for 1 hr.

Kindly advice if this date is good if not pls open for suggestion.

  28. Hi we recently purchased a unit at palmyra residences via agent. Still in the initial sale and purchase agreement stage. So far how is the security and safety? Are the streets well lit at night? Any suspicious activity? We should be moving in in about two months time...
